Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales leader to drive business growth for our Bio Division. The role is responsible for leading sales and business development initiatives, managing strategic customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, research, and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales and business development plans.
- Achieve order booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop strategic customer accounts.
- Expand business through direct customers, EPC companies,



consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Drive market penetration by promoting complete bioprocess solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, pricing agreements, and order closures.
- Support major customer projects from enquiry through successful execution.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and business reporting.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Application Engineering, and Technical Support teams for effective customer engagement.
