- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in production machinery with minimum downtime.
- Maintain and service motors, transformers, control panels, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and electrical wiring.
- Monitor and maintain HT/LT electrical systems, DG sets, and electrical distribution networks.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production operations.
- Maintain electrical systems of mixers, extrusion presses, baking ovens, conveyors, compressors, dust collection systems, and other plant equipment.
- Perform routine inspection and testing of electrical installations.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams during machine breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of recent machinery.
- Maintain adequate stock of electrical spares and consumables.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
