We are a stock broking firm committed to delivering seamless, compliant, and client-centric trading and investment services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Account Opening Executive to join our KYC department.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end client account opening, document verification, KYC compliance, and ensuring all regulatory requirements (SEBI, Exchange, Depository, and internal policies) are met accurately and within defined turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities
- Process current client account opening requests (Individual, HUF, Corporate, NRI, etc.) across equity, commodity, currency, and mutual fund segments.
- Collect, scrutinize, and verify KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof, address proof, income proof, photograph, signature, etc.) as per SEBI and exchange guidelines.
- Perform name matching, address verification, signature verification, and document authenticity checks.
- Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and branch teams for missing or incorrect documents and ensure timely closure of queries.




- Upload and process applications on the depository (NSDL/CDSL), exchange, and internal systems; generate client codes and activate trading & demat accounts.
- Ensure 100% compliance with KYC norms, PMLA guidelines, and risk categorization of clients.
- Maintain accurate records, update client master data, and handle modifications (address, bank, nominee, email, mobile, etc.).
- Resolve account opening related escalations and support audit/compliance queries.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets while maintaining zero critical errors.
- Stay updated on regulatory circulars related to KYC, account opening, and client onboarding.
- Assist in periodic KYC reviews, re-KYC, and dormant account reactivation processes as required.
