- About the Role
- We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can actively build relationships, generate qualified leads, and secure project opportunities from architects, interior designers, contractors, PMC teams, luxury residential developers, furniture companies, and kitchen & wardrobe specialists across Delhi NCR. The primary objective is to establish Kramer as a
- preferred partner for premium residential and commercial projects while creating long-term
- relationships within the architecture, interiors, construction, and luxury residential ecosystem.
- Key Responsibilities
- *Relationship Development*
- • Build and maintain robust relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Luxury Residential
- Builders, Contractors, PMC Teams, Turnkey Interior Firms, Real Estate Developers, Furniture
- Manufacturers and Kitchen & Wardrobe Companies.
- • Conduct regular office visits, networking meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, project heads, procurement teams and business
- owners.




- *Lead Generation & Business Development*
- • Identify upcoming and ongoing projects across South Delhi, North Delhi, Gurgaon and NCR.
- • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, site visits, social media, industry events
- and market research.
- • Create entry points within luxury residential projects, villas, farmhouses, builder floors and
- premium commercial developments.
- • Develop and maintain a database of architects, designers, builders, contractors, PMC teams and
- developers.
- • Actively seek specification opportunities during the design stage of projects.
- Project Acquisition & Sales Support
- • Secure project specifications and approvals from architects and consultants.
- • Convert leads into enquiries and enquiries into orders.
- • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical discussions and project execution support.
