- Qualification: Engineering Degree / Diploma & Management in Marketing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product portfolio and driving the complete product lifecycle, including market research, product development, pricing inputs, product launches, and business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role will ensure the development of competitive products that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, including recent product development, launches, portfolio expansion, and continuous product improvements.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Drive product enhancements and strategic initiatives to strengthen market position and profitability.
- Conduct detailed market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify trends, needs,



and business opportunities.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and channel partners to support product and portfolio decisions.
- Assess market potential, demand forecasts, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
- Support product development by defining specifications, coordinating testing, and managing product validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and certification requirements.
- Drive localization and vendor development initiatives to enhance product competitiveness and profitability.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Create product-related content including brochures, presentations, training materials, videos, and application guides.
