About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our marketing team. You’ll create engaging visuals for social media, campaigns, ads, branding, and marketing collaterals while contributing to the visual identity of
Scale100X
.

Key Responsibilities
- Create creatives for social media, Meta & Google Ads, brochures, presentations, and campaigns.
- Develop branding assets, templates, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Edit images, illustrations, videos, and other visual content.
- Collaborate on website visuals and basic UI/UX design.
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience with a solid portfolio.
- Proficiency in
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva & Figma
.
- After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus.




- Good understanding of design and basic UI/UX principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, adaptable, and open to feedback.
