Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware and networking, be willing to travel to client locations, and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Visit client sites to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, networks, and IT equipment.
- Provide in office support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and peripherals.
- Diagnose faults and perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and basic network settings.
- Maintain service documentation and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Ensure timely, skilled, and customer-focused service delivery.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT field support,



desktop support, hardware maintenance, or networking.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience in computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacements.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field.
