Job Description

New Farmers Agri Development Multi-State Cooperative Society Ltd. (NFAD) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee branch operations, improve branch performance, drive sales, and support overall business growth across the assigned area.

The role involves regular branch visits, monitoring branch activities, guiding branch teams, increasing branch-wise and individual sales, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

Regularly visit and monitor assigned NFAD branches.

Monitor branch operations, staff performance, and business activities.

Develop strategies to increase branch-wise sales and overall business performance.

Set, monitor, and achieve individual and branch-level sales targets.





Guide and motivate branch staff to improve their individual sales performance.

Generate new business through individual sales and customer acquisition.

Identify new customers, members, and business opportunities.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Analyse branch performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

Support Branch Managers and staff in achieving assigned targets.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operational procedures.

Coordinate with Branch Managers and Head Office regarding branch activities and performance.

Conduct regular branch performance reviews and provide necessary guidance.

Prepare branch visit reports, sales reports, and performance reports for management.

Identify underperforming branches and implement suitable strategies to improve performance.

Maintain good relationships with customers/members and support customer service activities.
