Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the computer hardware, electronics, networking, and IT solutions market.
- Generate leads through market visits, customer references, cold calling, online platforms, and business networking.
- Handle GeM portal activities, including product listing, bid participation, quotation submission, order processing, and order follow-up.
- Identify and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders based on company products and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, institutions, corporate clients, schools, colleges, and other organizations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware, networking products, laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and other required business documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, purchase, and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments,



and pending requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, tenders, and market activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and sales reports for management.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on new technology, computer hardware, networking products, government procurement requirements, and market trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or IT product sales.
