HR Employee Engagement

BachelorsMasters degree in a relevant field eg Computer Science Business Administration Human Resources

Strong understanding of HR domain business processes and concepts

Assist with various HR initiatives including employee engagement surveys

Assist in maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records including demographic information performance reviews and training records

Collect and analyse data preparing reports and contributing to the development of HR strategies to identify trends patterns and insights

Identify and suggest solutions to HRrelated problems

Robust analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies willingness to learn the Oracle HCM Cloud platform

Prior experience with ERP systems or other HR application software desirable
