We are looking for a friendly and responsible Receptionist / Guest Relations Executive to join our travel and hospitality team. The role involves handling guest enquiries, bookings, travel coordination, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests and customers.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
Coordinate airport pickup and drop-off services.
Coordinate with drivers, resorts, villas, and other service providers.
Maintain guest and booking records.
Assist with travel arrangements and customer requirements.
Handle basic reception and administrative tasks.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good English and Malayalam communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
Good coordination and multitasking skills.
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
