Cost estimation and preparation of BOQ from drawings for 33 kV network system, substations, EHV lines, and also WTG foundations, roads, etc. Short listing the vendors, finalizing the orders, overseeing and controlling the project expenditure within the budget. Zero-based costing based on actual realities at site to enlist and choose valuable vendor/contractor quickly. Monitoring and communicating with the vendors on agreed terms.
