Role Description
The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor. This role includes planning and organizing production schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring output, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality,



and efficiency targets. The Production Supervisor coordinates with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization. The role also involves tracking production data, preparing reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and guiding production staff through clear communication and hands-on supervision.
