Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Supporting the roll-out of current applications.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Experience in Windows, Linux Server.
- Expreanace and good knowledge in troubleshoot Network Infra Network Protocols.
- Knowledge and Experience in handling Data Base Tools.
- Experience in Firewall configuring, troubleshooting and daignising.
- Experience in System troubleshooting and Hardware servicing.
- Knowledge in Printer, Intercom,
Camera and Biometric device configuration.
- Addon on knowledge in ISO 27001, Cyber Security and Cloud Computing
