Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the corporate interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and timely material procurement to ensure smooth project execution while achieving cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Source and develop vendors for civil, MEP, CNI, joinery, furniture, HVAC, electrical, flooring, ceiling, glass, hardware, and finishing materials,Flooring (vitrified tiles, carpet tiles, vinyl, SPC, wooden flooring), Plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, Modular furniture & workstations
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, QS,



and Site teams to ensure procurement aligns with project schedules.
- Develop and maintain a solid vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
- Ensure quality compliance, documentation, and adherence to company procurement policies.
- Resolve material supply issues and maintain accurate procurement records.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and market rates.
- Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in BOQ analysis, comparative statements, and cost optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
