Role Description
The Placement Executive is a full time,



remote role responsible for connecting learners with relevant job and internship opportunities in the technology and AI ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, understanding their talent requirements, and matching candidates to suitable roles based on skills and career goals. The role involves coordinating placement drives, managing interview schedules, and supporting candidates through the application, selection, and onboarding processes. The Placement Executive will also gather feedback from employers, track placement outcomes, and collaborate with training and curriculum teams to align learning programs with market needs. This position requires proactive outreach, clear communication with learners and organizations, and consistent reporting on placement metrics and employer engagement.
