Role Overview

HelixtaHR is hiring a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing — for our AI-powered HRMS platform. This role is client-facing and consultative: the BDM will meet corporate clients, HR heads, CEOs, and senior management to understand their needs, present HelixtaHR's value, and close deals. We're looking for someone smart, presentable, strategic, and self-driven — comfortable building their own go-to-market presentations and representing the brand professionally in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales for HelixtaHR — from prospecting and outreach through to signed contract.
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline by proactively reaching out to HR heads, CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations with corporate clients, HR leadership, and management teams.
- Independently create and deliver go-to-market and sales presentations tailored to each prospect.
- Maintain consistent, disciplined follow-ups to keep every deal moving through the pipeline.




- Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company targets.
- Represent HelixtaHR professionally and confidently in every client-facing interaction.
- Feed market and client feedback back to the product and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM.

- Proven background in direct B2B sales or business development, with a track record of closing deals — not just generating leads.
- Strong, disciplined follow-up habits and a self-driven, target-oriented approach.
- Strategic thinker — able to plan an approach for each prospect, not just follow a script.
- Confident, articulate communicator, comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
