We are looking for a passionate and energetic Field Fundraiser to represent our organization, connect with the public, and inspire individuals to support our social causes through monthly or one-time donations.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach people in public places, residential areas, offices, and events.
- Explain the organization's mission, programs, and impact.
- Encourage individuals to make donations and become regular supporters.
- Build positive relationships with donors and answer their questions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
- Maintain accurate donor records and submit daily activity reports.
- Follow ethical fundraising practices and organizational guidelines.
- Participate in awareness campaigns and community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
- Valuable communication skills in the local language and basic English/Hindi.
- Confidence in interacting with new people.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or fundraising is an advantage.

Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per organization policy)
- 6 days a week
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
