Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth for Flagstone Fix,one of the brands under Zyax Chem Pvt. Ltd., primarily focused on Stone Care solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior design, construction, and home services industries, with a specific focus on HNI clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors. This role will concentrate on introducing Flagstone Fix’s Stone Care products to these stakeholders, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tailored sales and marketing strategy targeting Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and related stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers,



introducing Flagstone Fix’s portfolio of products and solutions to recent and existing clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on HNI and UHNI customers in the architectural, interior design, and construction projects vertical.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product development, pricing strategies, and promotions with market demands.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Continuously assess the performance of sales and marketing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the interior design, construction, or related industries.
