About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and government e-marketplace activities. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end cataloging, bid participation, order processing, and account health management across GeM, Amazon, Etsy, and other portals.

Key Responsibilities:

***** Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal Operations:

1-Create, manage, and update product catalogs to make items live on the GeM portal.

2-Search for relevant government tenders (Bids/RA), analyze eligibility, and prepare documentation for bid participation.

3-Process incoming orders, generate invoices, track dispatch status, and assist with vendor assessment.

4-Monitor account performance and handle customer/buyer queries on the GeM portal.





***** E-Commerce Portal Operations (Amazon & Etsy):

1- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images) on Amazon Seller Central and Etsy.

2-Daily order management: accepting orders, printing shipping labels, and ensuring timely dispatch.

3- Track inventory levels across platforms to avoid out-of-stock situations.

4- Coordinate return management, customer feedback, and claim resolution.

****** Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain daily sales, inventory, and dispatch reports in MS Excel.

Coordinate with warehouse/packing teams to ensure correct order fulfillment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any field / Diploma.

Experience: 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling the GeM Portal and e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Etsy.

Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of GeM Bidding process, L1 evaluation, and Amazon/Etsy Sell
