Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with robust experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications following industry best practices.
- Design and build RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing,



integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems is preferred.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and design patterns.
