Job Description

We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Lead Generator to support our Business Development team by identifying, researching, qualifying, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong market research, data management, and communication skills, with the ability to identify decision-makers and uncover new business opportunities within the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Identification
- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential leads across targeted industries and regions.
- Research companies, industries, and key decision-makers using various online platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Build and maintain an organized database of qualified leads.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential target accounts.

Lead Qualification
- Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their relevance and potential business value.




- Research and verify company and contact information to ensure data accuracy.
- Update lead information regularly for accurate tracking and reporting.

Lead Pipeline Management
- Maintain and regularly update the lead pipeline to ensure all information is accurate and actionable.
- Track lead status, engagement, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to transfer qualified leads effectively.

Collaboration & Business Development Support
- Share market research insights and prospect information with the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Support the team in identifying and prioritizing high-value prospects.
- Assist with prospecting strategies and targeted outreach initiatives.

Reporting & Tracking
- Track lead generation activities and key metrics, including leads identified, qualified, contacted, and converted.
