The People & Culture Operations Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures that recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, reporting, and people systems operate with accuracy, consistency, and reliability. The objective is simple: create clarity, maintain discipline, and ensure that people processes work without constant follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Operations
● Manage recruitment coordination from sourcing to joining.
● Maintain accurate candidate tracking and interview schedules.
● Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
● Support smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
● Execute onboarding, documentation,
confirmation, and offboarding processes.
● Maintain complete and accurate employee records.
● Track probation, confirmations, and employee lifecycle milestones.
● Ensure all employee-related documentation is updated and accessible.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
● Manage attendance, leave, and employee data administration.
● Ensure adherence to company policies and people processes.
● Identify process deviations and support corrective actions.
● Maintain discipline and consistency in HR operations across teams.
4. HR Systems & Documentation
● Maintain HR trackers, records, templates, and operational documents.
● Ensure all information remains updated, structured, and audit-ready.
● Improve process documentation to reduce dependency on individuals.
● Support continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows.
