Key Responsibilities
* Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
* Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
* Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
* Support joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.
* Assist in maintaining HR databases and HR-related reports.
* Support attendance, leave and basic HR operations.
* Coordinate with employees and departments on routine HR requirements.
* Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
* Gain practical exposure to HR policies, processes and compliance-related activities.
* Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
* Take up additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Profile
* MBA/MBA HR qualification preferred.
* Freshers and candidates beginning their HR career are encouraged to apply.
* Strong interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
* Good organizational and coordination abilities.
* Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
