Senior Quality Assurance Executive cum Garment Technician - Export (Garments)

Responsibilities : -
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout all stages of garment production, from raw material inspection to final shipment.
- Ensure that products consistently meet customer quality requirements by implementing effective quality control measures at every stage of the manufacturing process.
- Experience in handling flat knit products will be an added advantage.
- Key responsibilities include conducting in-line and final inspections, providing quality approvals, identifying and resolving quality issues, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Effectively implement and monitor the Quality Assurance Plan through continuous production follow-up to achieve consistent product quality and on-time delivery.





Desired profile of the candidate : -
- B.Tech in Textile/Apparel Technology, Diploma in Garment Technology (DGT/GMT), Sound knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, pattern checking, grading, fit analysis, measurement standards, fabrics, trims, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in conducting pre-production, in-line, final, and shipment inspections with knowledge of AQL standards.
- Solid decision-making, analytical, and computer skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team, perform under pressure, and consistently achieve business, quality, and shipment targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
