We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Zoho Finance Implementer to lead the complete implementation, customization, optimization, and maintenance of the Zoho Finance Suite across our organization. This role requires a robust understanding of accounting principles, GST and compliance structures, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective financial system configurations. The candidate will work closely with management, finance teams, and cross-functional departments to streamline processes, automate workflows, and ensure smooth financial operations within Zoho applications.Manage data migration tasks, including exporting, cleansing, validating, and importing financial records with 100% accuracy.

Requirements
- Implement and configure the full Zoho Finance Suite (Books, Inventory, Expense, Subscriptions, Payroll).
- Set up GST, TDS, taxes, chart of accounts, and financial workflows.
- Create and customize invoices, estimates, credit notes, and payment reminders.
- Handle bank integration, bank feeds, and reconciliation processes.




- Manage inventory setup: items, categories, warehouses, stock adjustments, and reorder levels.
- Configure vendor, customer, purchase order, and sales order modules.
- Automate finance processes using workflows, blueprints, and custom functions.
- Integrate Zoho Finance with CRM, People, Projects, and other Zoho applications.
- Perform data migration, data cleaning, import/export, and validation checks.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Analyse client requirements and design tailored finance solutions.
- Provide onboarding, training, and hand-holding support to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and GST rules.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Zoho Support if required.
