We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Processing Analyst to manage claim relocation, document handling, adjudication, and weekly claim payment activities. The role requires robust attention to detail, accuracy, documentation skills, and the ability to follow defined SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Claim Relocation inbox and prioritize requests based on urgency.
- Verify claim documents, claim history, and required compliance information before relocation.
- Assign ownership and coordinate with the receiving team to ensure smooth claim transfers.
- Update claim status, labels, tracking records, and relocation documentation accurately.
- Execute claim transfers and confirm successful handoff with the receiving team.
- Follow up on relocated claims and resolve issues or escalate them when required.
- Manage Claim folders, ensuring proper filing, completeness, and document hygiene.
- Support weekly claim pay and settlement activities, including reconciliation and approval checks.
- Maintain high accuracy, data integrity, confidentiality,
and compliance with company/client guidelines.
- Work closely with SMEs, Supervisors, and other teams to minimize processing errors and unnecessary handoffs.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Claims Processing
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documents and data.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to follow SOPs and meet productivity and quality targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.
