We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Marketplace Ads Specialist to manage and scale advertising campaigns across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have expertise in marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, keyword research, and ROI-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon Global, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Noon, and Walmart.
- Handle Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and marketplace promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute ROI-driven advertising strategies across multiple brands and marketplaces.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Manage bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign scaling.
- Coordinate with catalog, creative, content, and e-commerce teams for listing optimization.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/performance reports with actionable insights.




- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and campaign structures.
- Analyze sales trends and marketplace insights to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with marketplace algorithms, advertising trends, and best practices.
- Handle multiple brands and marketplaces simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, and Marketplace Advertising.

• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace advertising platforms.

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, Marketplace Campaign Optimization, ROAS & ACoS Management.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and performance dashboards.

• Experience handling multiple brands and high advertising budgets.
