Role Summary

An experienced and target-driven IT Sales Executive to drive revenue across our full solutions portfolio — IT implementation projects, IT consulting, managed services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals, and Resident Engineer (RE) deployments. The ideal candidate will engage IT heads, procurement teams, and business owners, understand infrastructure and staffing needs, and position the right mix of one-time project sales, recurring managed services, AMC renewals, and on-site manpower solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

· Generate new business through cold calling, networking, channel partners, referrals, tenders/RFPs, and inbound leads





· Identify prospects requiring IT infrastructure implementation, consulting engagements, managed support, AMC coverage, or in office resident engineers

· Build and manage a pipeline covering project sales, recurring MRR (managed services), AMC renewals, and RE staffing deals

Consultative & Solution Selling

· Conduct discovery meetings to assess client's IT environment, project requirements, support gaps, and existing AMC/warranty status

· Present and position the company's full offerings, including:

o IT Implementation Services – network/data center build-out, server & desktop deployment, cloud migration, structured cabling, hardware/software rollouts

o IT Consulting – infrastructure audits, IT strategy & roadmap, security/compliance assessments, technology advisory

o Managed IT Services – NOC/helpdesk support, remote monitoring, cybersecurity management, backup & DR

o AMC Services – renewal and upsell of hardware/software AMCs,
