- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for Delivery Associates, OTR and UTR workforce.
- Source candidates through local hiring, references, job portals, walk-ins, vendors, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and explain job roles, salary/incentives, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Ensure candidates complete required KYC, documentation, agreement, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates to meet daily/weekly manpower requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join as per the committed date.
- Conduct local market visits and identify recent recruitment sources.
- Support Delivery Associates with attendance-related queries and issues.




- Monitor daily attendance and identify employees with missing or irregular attendance.
- Act as the first point of contact for Delivery Associates regarding basic HR-related queries.
- Share daily/weekly recruitment updates with the reporting manager.
- Visit delivery stations, hubs, markets, and other relevant locations for recruitment activities.
- Conduct local recruitment drives and walk-in drives.
- Build relationships with local recruitment sources, vendors, and referral networks.
- Understand local manpower availability and provide regular market feedback.
