Purchase Manager – Electrical & Civil

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager – Electrical and Civil Works to manage the procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services for construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project-based requirements. The person will be responsible for vendor development, price negotiation, purchase orders, material availability, quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of electrical materials and equipment for projects.
- Obtain and compare quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend suppliers.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial conditions.




- Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with approved specifications and commercial terms.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Additional qualification in Purchase/Procurement/Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
- Typically, 5–10+ years of experience in electrical procurement/purchase.
- Good knowledge of electrical materials, brands, specifications, and market pricing.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP, purchase management systems, and documentation.
