Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at our construction project. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, drawing review, quality control, material coordination, testing, commissioning and timely completion of MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards and project timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) WorksSupervise day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing activities at the project site.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural, Architectural and Finishing teams.
- Monitor installation of electrical conduits, cable trays, plumbing lines, drainage systems, water supply lines, sleeves and shafts.
- Supervise Fire Fighting and HVAC-related works as required.
- Review MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical issues and site requirements.
- Ensure proper routing, alignment, levels and installation of MEP services.
- Coordinate testing, inspection and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Civil & Site CoordinationEnsure proper sleeves, openings, shafts, trenches and service passages are provided before civil and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor MEP-related civil works and ensure quality as per project specifications.




- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays and rework.
- Contractor & Material CoordinationCoordinate with MEP contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
- Monitor manpower and daily work progress.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with Purchase/Store Departments.
- Verify work measurements and ensure timely material availability at site.
- Quality, Safety & DocumentationConduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor work progress and report delays to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules and project safety standards.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
- Support final inspection, testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Eligibility CriteriaB.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP/site execution.
- Experience in Real Estate, Residential or Commercial Construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) services.
- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQ and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office preferred.
- Strong contractor management and site coordination skills.
- Required SkillsStrong technical knowledge of MEP and Civil coordination.
- Valuable site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Good vendor/contractor handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in residential/high-rise construction projects will be preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to work at Chokhi Dhani, Tonk Road, Jaipur.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
