? About the Role

Indezon Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive corporate client acquisition and build long-term business relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, visiting corporate offices, networking with HR professionals and business leaders, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. If you're passionate about B2B sales and business development, we'd love to hear from you.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.

✅ Visit corporate offices across Delhi NCR to establish new business relationships and corporate tie-ups.

✅ Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Business Owners, CXOs, and other decision-makers.

✅ Present Indezon's recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions to prospective clients.





✅ Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery.

✅ Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, and corporate visits.

? We're Looking For

✔️ 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Tie-ups, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Staffing Sales, or Recruitment Sales.

✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✔️ Robust confidence in client meetings and corporate interactions.

✔️ Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

✔️ Willingness to travel across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and Delhi NCR for client meetings.

✔️ Experience in the Recruitment, HR Consulting, IT Staffing, or Staffing Industry will be an added advantage.
