- Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project implementation and ground operations for assigned locations.
- Drive project execution to achieve targets aligned with client and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, government stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- Build, mentor, and manage field teams while strengthening team capacity.
- Resolve operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
- Support sustainable operational and revenue models for organizational growth.
- Maintain robust stakeholder relationships to maximize project impact.

Required





- Qualifications & SkillsGraduate or Master's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
- 4–10 years of experience in project implementation, operations, or program management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-handling abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Office, smartphones, and digital platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including rural and remote locations.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
