The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized and attractive store environment. - Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, perks, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Participate in stock receiving, tagging,
and inventory counts.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and selling skills.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
