Overview We are looking for dedicated candidates for our Finance Team: a Junior Accountant for day-to-day execution and a Senior Accountant (Chartered Accountant Prefer) to manage the entire financial framework and finalization of accounts.
- 1. Post: Senior Accountant (Chartered Accountant) or Minimum Graduate
- Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
- Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory Member of ICAI
- Experience: 0–7 years of post-qualification experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalization: Responsible for the finalization of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss accounts, and the Balance Sheet.
- Taxation: Ensure 100% compliance with GST, Income Tax (TDS/TCS), and statutory Tax Audits.
- Reporting: Providing monthly/quarterly MIS reports and detailed cash flow analysis to the management.
- Audit Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for Internal and External auditors.
- Supervision: Reviewing and verifying the work performed by the junior accounting staff.
- 2. Post: Junior Accountant
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 1–3 years (Competent freshers may also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Handling daily accounting entries for purchases, sales, receipts, and payments in Tally or ERP software.
- Banking: Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and handling routine banking tasks.
- Documentation: Systematically filing and maintaining all invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Inventory: Managing stock entries and basic inventory records.
- Support: Assisting the Senior Accountant in audit preparations and GST return filings.
Common Skills Required (For Both Roles):
- Software Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), and MS Word.
- Accuracy: High attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
- Integrity: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial data.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, banks, and vendors.
