The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the complete recruitment & selection process from sourcing to joining.
- Create, post and manage job openings across job portals & social media platforms.
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic & personal interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate follow-ups.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.
- Handle attendance, employee coordination and basic HR operations.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with management.
- Maintain candidate & employee databases.
- Support employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- REQUIRED SKILLSExcellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong recruitment & talent sourcing ability
- Positive interview & candidate evaluation skills
- Knowledge of HR operations & documentation
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving ability
- Professional attitude with a result-oriented mindset
ELIGIBILITY? Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
? Experience: Minimum 6 Months in HR / Finance HR / Recruitment
? Working: 6 Days a Week

SALARY & INCENTIVES? Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 / Month
? Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,500
