Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and IP camera issues.

Monitor and resolve cameras going offline or having connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot internet, router, IP address and network-related issues.

Configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems remotely.

Support Hikvision cameras, HikCentral/iVMS and related systems.

Troubleshoot camera audio, speaker and alarm issues.

Coordinate with CCTV technicians and customers for technical issues.

Attend customer locations for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

Support CCTV installation and configuration.

Maintain records of technical complaints, downtime and resolutions.

Provide technical support to the 24/7 monitoring operations team when required.
