Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team and monitor their day-to-day performance.
- Set targets for team members and ensure timely achievement.
- Guide junior team members and ensure assigned work is completed.
- Manage customer coordination related to mobile banking activities.
- Ensure the team completes assigned customer and process-related targets.
- Monitor overall team performance and drive the team towards achieving targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Previous Team Lead experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and valuable at customer coordination.
- Candidate should know their CIBIL score.
- UAN number is required.
- PF & ESI applicable.
- Age: Above 30 years.
