Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Online Pharmacy Executive to manage online medicine orders, customer queries, prescription verification, and coordination with delivery/store teams. The candidate should ensure smooth processing of online pharmacy operations while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle online medicine and healthcare product orders.
- Verify prescriptions and coordinate with registered pharmacists.
- Process orders through pharmacy software/system.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and delivery teams for timely dispatch.
- Attend customer calls, WhatsApp queries, and email support.
- Update product availability and order status.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, and order tracking.
- Maintain customer data confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalation cases professionally.
- Support promotional campaigns and online sales activities.
- Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.




- Basic computer knowledge and online order handling.
- Knowledge of medicines/pharmacy products preferred.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Team coordination and multitasking ability.

Eligibility

B.Pharm / D.Pharm preferred.

Experience in pharmacy, e-commerce, or healthcare retail is an advantage.
