Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our pre-sales team with lead research, data enrichment, and market intelligence to drive business development. Key Responsibilities - Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, businesses) across industries for trademark and IP services. - Enrich lead data with company details, contact information, and decision-maker profiles. - Conduct basic market research on industries, competitors, and trends to support sales strategy. - Prepare lead lists,



segmentation reports, and target account profiles for the sales team. - Support preparation of sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials with relevant data and insights. - Maintain and update research databases and internal trackers. - Assist with ad-hoc research projects as assigned by leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications - Any bachelor's degree. - 0–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or business intelligence (freshers with solid analytical skills may be considered). - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and online research tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
