- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding orders, special requests, and guest requirements.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Brief and guide service staff before and during each shift.
- Monitor staff performance and assist in maintaining discipline.
- Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the cashier, kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant menu, ingredients, promotions, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or operational issues to the management.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare or maintain daily operational reports as required.
