We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients and basic food items as per recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Support the team during busy service hours
- Properly store and handle food ingredients
- Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in a kitchen/restaurant/hotel
- Freshers with a passion for cooking can also apply
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene
- Positive teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work flexible shifts
