Floor Manager – Dental ClinicDenza Dental Center, Kharadi, Pune is looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Manager to manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily floor and clinic operations efficiently.
- Coordinate between doctors, dental assistants, reception/front-desk staff, and patients.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and patient coordination.
- Handle patient queries and ensure a professional patient experience.
- Supervise clinic staff and monitor their daily responsibilities.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper functioning of the clinic.
- Coordinate with the team regarding treatment schedules and follow-ups.
- Assist with billing, payments, records, and basic administrative work.




- Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain proper coordination and communication within the clinic team.
- Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in clinic/hospital/hospitality/front-office/operations management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
- Professional, presentable, and patient-friendly personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare workplace.
