The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the sales team’s daily operations, maintaining communication between customers and the internal team, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. The role involves handling calls, preparing reports, following up on quotations, and assisting the Sales Manager in monitoring team performance.Key Responsibilities:Team CoordinationCoordinate daily tasks and schedules of the sales team.Support sales executives in managing client communications and documentation.Track team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned leads or tasks.Customer Follow-up & Relationship ManagementRegularly follow up with existing and potential customers for quotations, payments, and feedback.Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally and route them to appropriate team members.Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.Sales SupportPrepare quotations, sales reports, and order processing documents.Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, service) to ensure smooth order execution.Maintain and update customer databases, leads,
