We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up packages, navigating delivery routes efficiently using Google Maps, and ensuring protected, on-time delivery of orders to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport and deliver packages to customer locations within designated timeframes.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS / Google Maps.
- Inspect packages prior to delivery to ensure correct items and proper condition.
- Collect cash or verify online payments upon delivery (if required).
- Maintain clear communication with customers and the dispatch team regarding delivery status.
- Follow all traffic rules, safety protocols, and road regulations during transit.
Requirements:
- Education: 10th pass or below 10th.
- Vehicle & Asset: Must own or have access to a functional Two-Wheeler vehicle.
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
- Language: Basic understanding of regional languages/English to interact with customers and read addresses.
- Skills: Familiarity with smartphone operation and navigation apps (Google Maps).
