Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site In-Charge to oversee day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, contractors, vendors, and site activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily interior site activities and execution work.
- Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, elevations, and working details.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, furniture, and other interior works.
- Allocate work to workers and subcontractors and monitor their productivity.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress, material requirements, and manpower records.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and budget.




- Take measurements and verify completed work for billing purposes.
- Follow up with vendors and subcontractors regarding pending works.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
- Handle client/site-related queries professionally and maintain good coordination.
- Ensure snagging and rectification works are completed before project handover.
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Good experience in interior execution/site supervision.
- Positive knowledge of interior finishing and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, measurements, and site execution.
- Robust manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
