We are looking for a Credit Control Executive for the Accounts Department of our multi-location petrol pump network.
Responsibilities
- Monitor party-wise fuel credit sales, outstanding and credit limits.
- Ensure customers do not exceed approved credit limits.
- Check billing accuracy and proper billing/payment cycles.
- Follow up with credit customers for timely payments.
- Prepare regular ageing and outstanding reports.
- Analyse party-wise fuel sales, payment behaviour and profitability.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing/payment issues.
- Coordinate for Credit Sales Agreements, KYC and security cheques.
- Highlight overdue, high-risk or low-profit customers to management.
- Recommend increase, reduction or stopping of credit limits where required.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce/Accounts preferred.
- Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Collections.
- Positive knowledge of Excel and Tally/ERP.
- Strong communication, follow-up and analytical skills.
