Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues requiring immediate attention.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and material usage details.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site.
- Verify measurements and monitor installation quality.
- Report daily progress and site updates to the management.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely completion of work.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must be a resident of Bhubaneswar.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving licence, as frequent travel between project sites is required.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
