Job Description – Caretaker

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and caring Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day care, safety, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the premises and its occupants.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of the people/property under care.
- Monitor the premises and report any issues or unusual activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the assigned area.
- Assist with daily routines, as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, or other support staff.
- Handle basic maintenance and promptly report repairs or damages.
- Maintain records of visitors, supplies, incidents, or other relevant activities.
- Ensure doors, lights, equipment, and other facilities are properly checked.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and inform the concerned person immediately.
- Perform other caretaker-related duties assigned by the management.
